Its initial focus is expert video annotation: buyers define the task and acceptance criteria, qualified contributors produce the annotations, and THOR coordinates verification and delivery. The initial private pilot is designed for professional annotation firms, with permissionless annotation planned after beta. Its longer-term direction connects data, models and hardware to support robotics research and deployment.
